Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ABY Swimwear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy:

For UAE orders:

All orders are normally processed within 1 - 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email . Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

For express orders, please find below our delivery rates and timelines:

Delivery (per order) up to 5kg
Next day delivery	cut-off time is 2.00pm
within UAE	FREE
Same day delivery	cut-off time is 12.00pm
within Dubai	25 AED
outside Dubai	30 AED
2 hours delivery	any time between 8 AM and 5 PM
only within Dubai	30 AED

 

For GCC Orders: All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

For International Orders: All orders are processed within 4 - 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates for both GCC and International orders

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties, Customs and Taxes

As the recipient, you are liable for all the import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your delivery country. ABY Swimwear is not responsible for any applied to your order.

Note that, ABY SWIMEAR does not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that has been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout.
