Returns & Exchanges

ABY SWIMWEAR seeks the complete satisfaction of its clients, offers a return for a refund or an exchange. A request for return should be made within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer.

We will only accept a return when items are unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact; hygiene straps in place and placed inside the product packaging ABY bag.

We have the right to refuse returns if the product doesn’t comply with our return conditions.

Please note that return shipping fees are free for UAE only. For International returns, the customer handles the return shipping fees. 

Items marked on more than 40% sale are not eligible for return.

To start a return, you can visit the returns center and send us a return request. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
